Summary
Chainlift is looking for a Webflow Developer to spearhead client projects. As a Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for bringing Figma designs to life in Webflow, helping maintain and expand the LiftKit design system, and integrating Webflow sites with third-party platforms and API's.

Responsibilities
- Develop responsive web pages using Webflow that accurately match the creative specs provided by the project brief and design files
- Follow best practices for clean web development such as usage of proper HTML tags, use of broadly-supported CSS properties, and accounting for thorough mobile responsiveness.
- Use custom code when necessary to deliver extended functionalities not provided by native Webflow elements.
- Learn, employ, and contribute to the development of LiftKit, our open-source and platform-agnostic design system.
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you must:
- Have a Webflow Partner Certification (formerly "Webflow Experts") OR score at least "Satisfactory" on the Portfolio Review based on the grading rubric linked on this page.
- Be available to respond to messages/take calls within reasonable timeframes during Pacific Standard Time business hours (9am - 5pm).
- Demonstrate the ability to respond quickly to emails, Slack messages, or other communications during business hours
- Be fluent in written and spoken English
- Have a portfolio containing at least 3 Webflow projects you have built yourself and at least 1 where you still have Designer access for the Technical interview
Nice-To-Have
- Experience with extended functionality beyond Webflow such as GSAP, automation platforms like Zapier / Make, Firebase, Hubspot, and popular small business marketing tools like Typeform and Formspark.
- Design experience and an interest in occasionally accepting design tasks
- Insights into design system construction
- An interest in LiftKit
- Extended CSS properties not native to webflow such as responsive media queries, clip-paths, and animations.
- Experience with Lottie and/or After Effects
