Committed to Pay Transparency and Respect for Contractors
No bidding wars for contracts. No rat race. Instead, simply choose a role and go through an entrance exam. If you pass, you’re in. Simple as that.
You don’t have to worry about lead generation. That’s our job. We handle the complete sales process from outreach, negotiation, to closing.
Take your own projects on the side. Hell, work for other agencies if you want. Chainlift doesn't expect 100% of your time. Just 100% commitment to gigs you accept.
The rotation order is determined by your start date. If someone declines an offer, it goes to the next person. If they accept, the next new offer goes to the next person.
Create a Middle Option for Small Business Tech Support
The Sweet Spot Between "Do It Yourself" and "That'll be $75,000."
Not a customer service agent, not a faceless chatbot, but a real live person from a neutral third party who knows the tech industry and can help them navigate it. In doing so, we'll help local communities benefit from all the incredibly powerful and affordable tech they can't access currently, either because they aren't aware of it, it's too hard to use, or it's gatekept behind yet another subscription service.
We’re not aiming to be the next unicorn app with a multibillion dollar IPO. We’ll be the ones customers ask if it's worth buying, and if so, if we'll help them set it up.
By occupying this niche, Chainlift can always remain private and operate at a healthy pace that prioritizes work/life balance while still generating more than enough revenue to provide more-than-comfortable wages to everyone on the team.
Here's how we envision our progress.
Our long-term vision of Chainlift is to be the Bauhaus of UX Design. Not just an agency, but a school of thought, dedicated to making quality design accessible to everyone. We believe we can scale to the necessary size and influence to achieve this goal within 5 years.
Recruiting extremely talented people who want to use their tech skills for good.
Raising awareness, developing client relationships, and solidifying our foothold in the market.
Reinvest significant portions of our profits into public learning materials, open-source projects, and any initiatives that help bridge the tech gap.
As our content library grows, so too will the agency, allowing us to eventually open full-time entry level positions, create a proper training academy, take on larger clients, and produce even more public resources.
Continue operating at a sustainable size that allows us to preserve our company values and continue fulfilling our mission statement.
